Data Protection Notice

1. Company Creatia web, s.r.o., with registered office at Nádražní 307, 763 26 Luhačovice, CZ, ID 05299292 (hereinafter referred to as Creatia), processes the following personal data in case of your inquiry for goods and services in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on Personal Data Protection:

• Name and surname
• Email address
• Phone number
• IP address

2. Name, surname, email address, and IP address need to be processed for the purpose of creating an offer for goods and services, negotiating this offer, or responding to your inquiry. Such processing is allowed by § 5 para. 2 let. b) of the Personal Data Protection Act. These personal data will be processed by Creatia during the negotiation of the contract between you and Creatia, for a maximum of 2 years from your inquiry, unless you provide consent for further processing.

3. Processing of personal data is carried out by Creatia as the controller of personal data, but these data may also be processed by the following processors:

4. Please note that according to the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

• Request information about what personal data we process
• Request an explanation regarding the processing of personal data
• Request access to this data and have it updated or corrected
• Request the erasure of this personal data – note that this erasure will result in the termination of contract negotiations
